All relationships may run into problems at times, even those that are harmonious, well balanced and healthy! This is part of being a couple and you will usually work out how to avoid arguing with your partner in time. If you want to get ahead however, you may want to think about looking at their zodiac sign, as this is a great way to learn how to avoid arguments and make your relationship rock solid for the future. What you need to also consider is where is your partners Venus & Mercury, what sign/house, is it in?  Someone whose Mercury is in Taurus but whose sun-sign is Gemini, will be slow to get their words, thoughts out! Aries:

Aries is a Fire sign and an Aries partner will be passionate and fiery. This means that they will probably also have a bit of a temper and they often pop off about things that seem unimportant to you! On a positive note, however, they may lose their temper quickly but they will also calm down just as quickly which means that they don’t brood over disagreements with their spouse. If you want to clear the air, the best thing to do is allow you Aries partner to tell you what is bothering them as they are natural leaders and will appreciate having the space to tell you what the problem is. If you talk over them, then this will make them even more frustrated.

Taurus:

Taurus is known for being the sign of the Bull and this means that you can expect your partner to be strong, loyal and reliable. With that in mind, Taurus is known for being the most stubborn sign of the zodiac and if you have an argument with a Taurus partner they will often freeze you out and absolutely refuse to discuss the issue with you. If you want to talk things through then you need to stay calm and try to get them to open up. Don’t shout, as this will make them shut down completely, but just make sure you let them know that you are ready to talk whenever they are.

Gemini:

Gemini is the sign that is linked to communication and this means that a Gemini spouse will talk a mile a minute. This is something that you will probably get used to during your time together but when you have a disagreement your partner could talk nonstop and they will not allow you to get a word in. If that is the case then it is better to let them say everything they want to say before you give them your own opinion. If you cut them off mid-flow, then it will make them feel as if you are discounting their feelings. You can think through the situation alone in your own time and then come back together and make some decisions.

Cancer:

You need to be careful with a Cancer partner as they are one of the most sensitive signs of the zodiac. If you have a fight with a Cancer partner then you need to keep things as cool as possible, otherwise, they will get extremely emotional and could say things that are quite cutting. All of this happens because their feelings have been hurt and it is best to leave things rather than pushing your point of view on them. If you do argue, then makeup as soon as you can and make sure you give them plenty of love afterwards to let them know they are supported and valued. A Cancer spouse usually loves plenty of hugs.

Leo:

Leo is the sign of the Lion and people born under this sign are regal and at home in the spotlight. They are kind and generous lovers and there will never be a dull moment if you are married to a Leo. Be careful that you don’t bruise their delicate ego as they will not back down when they have an argument and will push to get their own way. The best way to communicate with them is to say something that makes them feel good about themselves, followed by some feedback about an issue you are having in the relationship. Then follow this up with another compliment – they will love feeling valued and adored.

Virgo:

If you choose to be in a relationship with a Virgo then there is a good chance that they will take control of most areas of your life such as managing the home and the budget. This is great if you want someone to organize your life but you also need to be careful as they tend to obsess over everything you say – so a throwaway comment could bug them for months! If you want to talk through problems with a Virgo then be careful about saying too much as they will latch on to anything and will want to talk through everything until you can’t think straight! Try to keep the talk to a minimum as they are stubborn and hate to lose an argument.

Libra:

Libra is the sign of relationships – so know that if you marry a Libra partner, you will always be the most important thing in the world to them. If you get angry with them however, they tend to close themselves off completely so that your words don’t wound them. Libra is also the sign of the Scales and they like everything in their life to be balanced. They value fairness and justice so you have to approach them with a fair argument or they will not even consider debating with you. Above all, make sure you make them feel loved and supported as they need this reassurance more than other signs.

Scorpio:

Scorpio is a Water sign which means that a Scorpio spouse is intense and emotional at the best of times! If you want to talk something through with your Scorpio partner then you need to tackle this with a lot of sensitivity. The issue is that they need to be in a good mood and they also need to be open to discussing the problem with you. If they feel that you are attacking them, then they will not hesitate to argue back. Sagittarius:

Sagittarius is a Fire sign but they also have a happy-go-lucky streak to them which that people born under this sign often lose their temper quickly but forget about it equally fast. Capricorn:

Capricorn is a very intellectual sign and they almost always win any argument – so you need to consider this before you start one with them. They also like to be the dominant partner in the relationship and this means that they don’t like it when they are challenged. Aquarius:

Aquarius is a very intellectual sign and they do not handle emotion well. With that in mind, if you lose your cool with your Aquarius partner then they will have no idea what they should say or do. If possible, try to calm down before you speak to them, as if things become heated they will often accuse you of being a drama queen which will mean that it is very hard to talk things through. If possible stick to factual statements which are more likely to resonate with their rational way of handling their emotions.

Pisces:

Pisces is a Water sign and also one of the most sensitive signs of the zodiac. They read into everything you say and do so you need to be careful about showing your emotions around them as they absorb them like a sponge. They can become very emotional if there are issues in your relationship and you can end up hurting them very easily, even without meaning to. With that in mind, you need to approach them with care and make them know they are loved.
