February to me (and many others) is one of the months that keeps going & going & going! Even though, it’s the shortest month of the whole year, it seems to be one of the most stubborn months to hang on & drag on! It’s colder, gray, dark, & oh so bone chilling cold! Of course, I’m talking the parts of the world that has arctic blast like the mid-west, Northeast, upper mid-west, ect…. The ruling planet for February is Uranus! Surprise, Surprise, surprise! Uranus is the planet of surprises & he did go direct on December 19th, 2016. And surprises we will get! Predictive Astrology…I want to start by stating regarding the USA birth-chart, which if you have read history there is a guess on when the US was born. It does matter when making predictions for the US as well as with any individual! That Natal birth chart is king! Time, (AM or PM) dates, places, state/country, so very important when making predictions!
One argument when I or other Astrologers have is the timing of when the US came to be. There is an argument on the day & timing, but the most used Astrology chart for the US is July 4th, 1776, @ 2:13 AM, Philadelphia, PA. Of course, again stating, there is an argument on this! But, it is the most popular chart used!
(Did you know, Benjamin Franklin, who was also an astrologer and the many other masonic founding fathers such as Washington and Jefferson were following this elected time, of when the US was born).

The reason I’m wanting to point this out is I do plan on making a few predictions regarding the US moving forward & wanted all on the table before I do! I will be working with the most popular US birth time chart!
With that said, let’s go to the month of February, 2017. Uranus, planet of surprises! February~2017, Highlights!
February~1st~ Uranus is in the US 11th house 21° of Aries- sextile Mercury~ Look for unpredictable & even unreliable, impatient, energy that seeks a new way of being. Thinking will tend to be in high… more impulsive & changeable (Uranus) patterns. This however will not cause any serious problems, but, the need for patients, & a new way of doing things will come to the forefront! Patience !
February~3rd~Venus will leave Pisces, & move into the sign of Aries. Aries, is a fire sign…Mars rules Aries. Venus being in a fire sign, at this time… I feel the US will not be in the good graces of any new/old, relationships, nor, will it be a grand time for anything to do with finances. Also, note: Venus will go retrograde on March 4th~until April 15th, 2017. Causing more delays in Love & money! Everyone needs to be careful of finances at this time.
February~5th/6th~Jupiter will go retrograde until June~9th! In the sign of Libra, in the US, 6th house of work service & health. What was promised may be delayed, again, patience are needed folks! Rome was not built in a day! Changes are coming & for the better! With all good things, struggles come first! And struggles the USA will have!
February~10th~A Leo Full Moon Lunar Eclipse! This will be in the US 4th house…an Angular house…powerful! Full moons are the ending of something…a time to stop, complete, Never the less…the US will be on a very high emotional roller coaster….full moons bring high emotions anyway, & the 4th house being an Angular house will intensify this mood. I feel something related to the way the US protects herself will be let go & a new way of protecting the US will come to forefront. Very intense!
February~14th~Mars Sextile Mercury~Happy Valentines Day! This is a time the USA will make favorable strides in its position! This is an excellent time! Look for some good news within the next couple of days (if not sooner) that will reflect good negotiations with others in foreign places of the world!
February~20th~26th~ ISSUES!!, we have a few “Warnings” we need to be aware of folks!
On February~22nd~ Mars will square the USA Moon & Pluto! Mars in the 11th house & Moon~Pluto in the 8th house. And we add on February 26th~A New Moon Solar Eclipse in the sign of Pisces! Let’s break it down!
Because of the Mars~Pluto square, there are possibilities of (due to the intense energy of this) A Military Force happening, &/or, intense weather issues. Pluto, in the 8th house (other people’s money, business money, investors,) & Mars in the 11th house (Groups we hang with, community, associates, members of one’s peer group, organizations). (China comes to my mind now) Then on top of that we add Uranus, in the fiery sign of Aries…Mars rules Aries. And they both are conjunct! In the 11th house! Uranus, & Mars, it’s a tug & war against moving ahead carefully with precise intention, a need to be careful not to upset the apple cart! Who wants war anyway? No-one! This can be a time to creatively transform our world around us, or, a time of fierce power struggles & disagreements. We will have disagreements; just how far will they go is the question. Honestly, I do not see war! Just severe disagreements~ with the threat of Military Action!
February~26th~ the above threat will rise higher. We have a New Solar Eclipse Moon in the watery sign of Pisces! Between the New Solar Eclipse Moon in a water sign, & Uranus in the fiery sign of Aries, Pluto, & the war sign Mars in his sign of Aries, from February~20th~to the end of the month~this is a fabulous time to lay low & be oh so very careful! Crazy weather, and/or, the threat of military action, or both?
I see it as a time the US will want to move forward, make things stick. I feel we will hear in the news conflicting stories on what is really going on…(but..what’s new in that area)? Always, get your news from a reliable source...(& I'm not talking main-stream-media)! I feel at this time… communications will be breaking down, we will hear things that are not true. No need for concern as they will get straightened out on down the road. The USA wants to move forward & with this New Solar Eclipse Moon in Pisces, in time all will come together for the best of all. But not without a few hiccups! We have a new President in town, one that truly wants the best for the USA! We will have bumpy up’s & down’s, surprises all the way!
