Your career is no exception, and if you are having a hard time in your work life, or just want to know what kind of job would suit you best, then read on to find out all about how astrology can help your career.

Aries:

In traditional astrology, it is often said that Aries should work in high-impact jobs such as the police force or the army, or that you should be an athlete as Aries is known for being one of the most competitive signs of the zodiac. It is also true that as an Aries, you are not known for being very patient and you also get annoyed if you have to sit still for too long, so an office job is probably not the best fit for you. You are however a natural fit as a manager of a team as this means that you get to be in charge.

Taurus:

As a Taurus, you are known for being a few things, namely tenacious, stubborn, and slow-moving. You are also thought of as being a little lazy which can be true, but you are also a very hard worker, which is a strange combination sometimes. You are also the sign that is closely linked to finance, and with that in mind you love to have financial security, so a job that is stable and lets you do the same thing every day for the same money will definitely tick your boxes.

Gemini:

Gemini is the sign that is linked to communication, so it stands to reason that you excel in a job that allows you to communicate your thoughts to others—like writing or presenting. You also like to know what is going on in the world and you prefer it if your job allows you to do different things every day, so you may think about working in journalism or some form of media. Whatever you do, it is best for you to work in a field that is flexible and that allows you to have some sense of freedom, otherwise, you will stagnate and this will not be the path to career success for you.

Cancer:

Cancer is said to be the most nurturing sign of the zodiac, so people born under this sign often work in jobs that allow them to help and heal others. If you are a Cancer then you are also a hugely emotional person, and this means that you care about others and how you can do things to help them in their life. If you are stuck in a job that doesn’t allow this side of your personality to come out however, then it can be hard for you to feel enthusiastic about going to work.

Leo:

Leo is a sign that is not afraid to be in the spotlight, and actually you crave being the center of attention more than anything else. With that in mind, it stands to reason that many Leos end up working in a job in the public eye, such as being singers, politicians or actors and actresses. Whatever it is, you usually want people to know who you are and what it is that you do. As Leo is also the sign closely associated with royalty, you may also get a job working close to people in power.

Virgo:

In astrology, Virgo is known for being one of the most organized signs of the zodiac and so you may find that you want to work in a job that allows this organizational brilliance to shine! You also love to be the brains behind a plan or project, although you are not really someone who wants to step into the limelight, which is why you are often found behind the scenes. It could also be that you do well in a role where you can be methodical and have a solid routine—so a job in something like logistics is perfect for you.

Libra:

Libra is of course the sign of the Scales of Justice, so with that in mind, many Librans go on to work in the legal profession as lawyers, judges, or mediators. But there are other careers that are perfect for this balanced sign. As a Libra, you probably prize harmony and balance more than anything else, which makes you a delight to work with. You value good, old-fashioned concepts like loyalty and you really love to get the job done well.

Scorpio:

Scorpio is a rather complicated sign when it comes to work. On the one hand, you like to be admired and you like it when people praise your work, so it could be that you want to work in a field where you will get the prestige you feel you deserve. On the other hand, you are known for being an introvert, so it may be that you want to work in a job that allows you to fly under the radar.

Sagittarius:

Life is an adventure to a Sagittarius, and that means that your career is just an extension of that. You get very bored in a  job that doesn’t allow you flexibility and a little fun, and you may bounce from one field to another, looking for something that satisfies your lust for life and your natural curiosity. That said, you are also a sign that is linked to humanitarian causes and lofty ideals like philosophy, so you also crave a job that has some meaning to it.

Capricorn:

Capricorns are known as the traditionalists of the zodiac and that means that you also tend to gravitate towards a traditional career that lets you climb up the corporate ladder at a slow and steady pace.  As an Earth sign, you tend not to get ruffled when things get a little chaotic in the office, which means that you do well in a kind of management or leadership role as you can inspire confidence and calmness in the masses. One thing to watch out for however is the fact that you have a tendency to be a bit of a workaholic, so if that sounds like it may be the case, you need to learn to take a break sometimes.

Aquarius:

Aquarius can be a bit of a strange sign when it comes to work, and you are a great humanitarian, so you may want to work in a job that helps others but that doesn’t necessarily pay the bills. It could be that you are attracted to charity work, or that you drift from one job to another before you find your true calling in life. That said, you also love technology, as Aquarius is the sign of inventions and inventors, so any job that is linked to gadgets is bound to spark your interest.

Pisces:

Pisces is one of the most empathetic signs of the zodiac and you have an intuitive understanding of others. It could be that you want to work as a therapist as a result, or in any job that allows you to help people to help themselves. As you are so sensitive, however, you may not do well in an intensely competitive environment where everyone is vying to be top dog, so you may even consider working for yourself.
